Dyslexia Pathways is a Scotland based dyslexia social enterprise dedicated to enable people with dyslexia to break through their barriers to success in education, employment and training.

Stephen acted as my study skills advisor in my final year at university. His help and strategies made me realise how much I had struggled with my dyslexia prior to that. He is the only person who has ever understoond and successfully addressed my particular challenges.

Welcome to Dyslexia Pathways:

Dyslexia Pathways is a social enterprise and our main objectives are to enable people with dyslexia and disabilities to unlock their potential and achieve according to their abilities. We also aim to enable employers and organisations to improve their bottom line profitability as well as develop a more inclusive living, working and business environment for all.

With the right initial support people with dyslexia can, and do, significantly contribute to the growth and success of any business, as well as succeed within training and education. Dyslexia Pathways provides expert, cost effective and professional Dyslexia focussed services to individuals, universities, colleges, businesses and organisations. Indeed Dyslexia Pathways already provides dyslexia support services to a number of Scottish Universities.

I am the founder of Dyslexia Pathways and a highly qualified and experienced inclusive education teacher and dyslexia teacher. I have 15 years experience of teaching adults and young people with dyslexia and disabilities. I am also dyslexic and believe that being dyslexic brings with it many unique advantages.

I have also designed and managed a number of successful projects. My last project, "Breaking the Barriers of Dyslexia", was funded by the Learning and Skills Council in London.
