Many people who are dyslexic can be faced with barriers to employment, training and a career. However, being dyslexic does not mean people cannot succeed in employment and training. Indeed they can have skills and abilities that non-dyslexic people would aspire to have. Take your first step to success and take the Workplace Checklist now.

Workplace Checklist

Screening, assessment advice and guidance on your work based requirements.

Every person with dyslexia will have their own challenges and difficulties, that is why it's important to make sure that they have been personally assessed, to find out what their unique strengths and weaknesses are. Based on these results, Dyslexia Pathways can provide individual learning programmes specifically designed to meet individual dyslexia needs. We can also provide your employers with dyslexia and disability awareness training.

Even if an individual already has had a formal assessment confirming that they are dyslexic, it is of paramount importance that they are given the dyslexia specific strategies to overcome the barriers that they face within the work place even more effectively and efficiently.

New studies indicate that between 4% to 10% of the population in the UK are dyslexic. Don't let dyslexia be a barrier to success in employment, training or education.

Contact Stephen McCue to discuss the results of your dyslexia screening. Dyslexia Pathways can provide all your dyslexia needs at competitive rates.
